Salary outlook for podcast producers in 2024:
Junior Producer/Entry level salary: £25,000 to £35,000
Day rate range: £125 to £300
Those figures can rise quickly as you gain more experience and work on bigger, more successful productions and diversify the work you do (e.g. podcast production). Some producers make £80,000 or charge day rates of £400. It’s all relative to your talent and connections!
