Day Event Schedule
Tudor Monroe is an independent music producer who’s working with A-List artists in the UK and around the world. His most recent success is being the main producer for one of the FIFA World Cup tracks with one of the most influential Middle Eastern artists, Wegz. Some of the artists that Tudor has worked with are TAYC, JayO, Jvck James, Naza, Tamera, Col3trane and Nonso Amadi.
Joe Yettram Osborne has a background in sound engineering, production, print and broadcast journalism and a specialist in the spatial audio format Sony 360 Reality Audio. Assistant Engineer and Head of New Business for North London studio The Crypt. He is executive producer of anticipated compilation Hidden Waters: Strange and Sublime Sounds of Rio de Janeiro (Mr Bongo, 2023). He has now begun A&R and Executive roles within London label Música Macondo.
Pablo has graced some of the world's most renowned clubs and events, sharing bills with Calvin Harris, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell and more. Eliciting the attention of admirers far and wide, this success ultimately led him to the Chapter 47 project. From shows in major venues across North America and live streamed radio sessions to over 30 major events at London’s infamous Ministry of Sound, Pacha, 93 Feet East and long-standing EGG, the path has been paved with a sense of electric energy from the Malaga-born DJ and producer.
Ricardo is a presenter and audio producer. He’s presented at variety of events such as BBC Proms, BBC Introducing, Boardmasters, Youth Music Awards, Printworks and Next door Records. As an audio producer Ricardo has worked across a variety of sectors of commercial and non commercial audio. Such as Spotifys Original Podcast division, Foundation FM ,Reduced Listening and the BBC. He’s currently working on his own audio documentary for Radio 3 , a brand new radio series for Youth Music, hosting a fashion Video series and vodcast and Assistant producing on a new BBC Sounds show.
Multi-platinum-selling Artist Manager, Atlanta Cobb, has grown up at the forefront of the music industry whilst making waves of her own across 10 years of experience. The Music Week’s Rising Star has gone on to secure global success with Major Recording Artists at Columbia Records & Island Records, working with the likes of Drake, Post Malone, Nicki Minaj, Jessie Ware, The Script, Tom Odell, and Leonard Cohen. In 2022 saw Atlanta launch and head up her own Artist Management, Coaching & Consulting business to serve, develop and educate artists at all levels globally (Music Industry Mentor, and Landed Management), scooping up an Aux Award in the process for the @musicindustrymentor page.
Cleo is as Artist/Writer/Producer manager who holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Music business. After co-founding boutique management and development company Muvva, she has recently branched out on her own and created ‘Do Music’. Producers Cleo has worked with include Detonate (Years & Years, The Snuts, Hamzaa, Olivia Dean), The Yardes (Odeal) Freemonk (Jords).
Eric Hunter is the Education & Membership Engagement Manager at the Music Managers Forum (MMF), the world’s largest professional community of music managers. He leads on the educational associate partnerships and membership training programmes, expanding opportunities for MMF members and accelerating the organisation’s development. Since its inception in 1992, the MMF has worked hard to educate, inform and represent UK managers as well as offering a network through which managers can share experiences, opportunities and information. Current MMF membership stands at over 1400 managers based in the UK.
Angela Mastronardi runs the label 31 East (JV through universal Canada) and is the manager of Grammy-nominated and 3-time Juno award-winning Banx & Ranxon. She also represents Reve & Preston Pablo, also Juno award winners. Alongside management, Angela has been working in sync for 9 years at Sony Music Publishing as a senior sync executive.

Rob Cowan is the CEO and Founder of pointblank, voted ‘Best Music School’ by DJ Magazine. Starting his musical journey as a bass player in Sony signed band, Honeychile, Rob then became a music producer at London’s famous Matrix Studios before setting up pointblank in 1994. Now with schools in London, LA, China, Mumbai, Ibiza and online, a record label for new talent, and an international audience of over 2 million followers on social media, Rob has overseen the growth of the company into a truly global brand.
Benny Scarrs has been working in the music industry for a number of years and has worked with the likes of Professor Green, Mr Hudson, Labyrinth and many more. Following these accolades, the West Londoner stepped into the A&R space working as an assistant and then a scout, before becoming an A&R himself signing his first act, the breakthrough grime star, Tinchy Stryder. Now, Benny Scarrs is working with some of the most exciting artists in the UK scene, including Mercury Prize Winner Dave and helps uncover the next generation of talent.
Helen joined Beatport in April 2022, and prior to that served as Director / GM at The Rattle LA, an incubator for music technology startups and independent artists. She serves as an advisor to Feedforward, an AI music search startup and is also a member of the Executive Board for AFEM (Association for Electronic Music). Helen spent the first 10 years of her career in investment banking, initially at boutique M&A firm Greenhill & Co, and later as Head of Emerging Technologies at Lazard.
Alex’s background is in innovation design and marketing & branding for musicians, festivals & music tech brands. He built Volta’s prototype and several additional innovative methods of live performance. Alex has led an impressive team of interactive- audio XR specialists, led Volta through two successful fund raises (and a pivot), as well as an incredibly productive program in Techstars.
Joel Heatley is currently the Marketing Director at Synchro Arts, a multi-award-winning UK-based software developer specialising in vocal and dialogue production tools. With over 20 years of experience in the digital-based music creation space, Joel has also worked with a diverse array of world-leading sample libraries, virtual instrument and effects plugin brands.
Daga Pajduszewska is a music industry expert, having worked on Pink Floyd's "Their Mortal Remains" exhibition at V&A museum and spearheaded successful album campaigns for top artists like AURORA, Jeff Goldblum, Rhys Lewis, Andrea Bocelli at Universal Music. With a passion for exploring the intersection of music and technology, Daga joined an AI start-up which was acquired by Apple, before finding her calling at Volta XR. Now, she's dedicated to democratising creativity and empowering emerging musicians with the company's self-serve software.

Joanna has worked in sync for over 13 years. She studied music and media at the BRIT School before embarking on a career within TV. Working as a researcher for shows such as Richard & Judy and Saturday Kitchen, she’d spend long hours in the edit suites, cutting together features which ignited her passion for sync. In 2010 she turned her hand to music publishing and began to work at EMI Production Music, before eventually moving on to head up the marketing department at Cavendish Music, one of the UK’s leading production libraries. Here she has developed relationships with global media organisations, broadcasters and advertising agencies which has resulted in Cavendish's catalogue being placed in adverts, films, games, TV shows worldwide.
Togni is the founder of Boudica, a platform aimed to give visibility to women, trans+ and non-binary people in music. Boudica is a music conference at Freemasons’ Hall, a series of events in London and soon across Europe, a record label, and a radio show. She is a DJ resident of GEGEN, a Berlin-based club collective renowned for fusing club culture, performance art, and techno. She is also resident DJ for Substantiv and Torture Garden in London. Samantha is a key figure in Electronic Music and has inspired others by joining panels at music conferences such as AVA, NTIA, Paris Electronic Week, and Barbican.
Founder & Managing Director at AYM MEDIA GROUP, the parent company of Influential Music and Jazz Nation. AJ specialise in talent bookings, live events, artist management, community interest, brand partnerships, commercial projects, artist bookings, talent services, gigs, concerts, tours, membership, merchandise, management, consultancy, music promotions, artist development, work placements, professional mentoring and a whole lot more. In 2022 only he was awarded Talent Booking Agency of the Year, nominated for Employer Awards and shortlisted for Mentor of the Year.
An experienced music industry practitioner and academic, through his work Graham has supported musicians in all sectors of the business, from those taking their first steps in the industry through to established professional musicians. In his role at the Musicians’ Union, Graham supports self-employed and employed musicians day-to-day with copyright and contractual matters, as well as employment issues such as grievances, disciplinaries and redundancies.
Molly’s role as the Senior Creative Executive means she facilitates collaborations, sessions and writing camps between exclusive clients and wider industry connections. These collabs have amassed millions of streams, BBC Radio plays, editorial playlists and commercial syncs. The role has her working with the likes of SL, Yizzy, Goddard, Coco, Roger Sanchez, Mason, Patrick Topping, Armand Van Helden and Ms Banks. Over the past 2 years Molly has facilitated over 300 collaborations, with releases seeing the likes of Ministry of Sound, Hospital Records, Armada, Kontor Records and Universal NL.
Frank McWeeny is a radio producer on BBC Radio 1 and Radio 4. He also presents audio documentaries and podcasts focussing on club culture, community and social change for BBC World Service, BBC Sounds and Cercle, as well as Global Dancefloor Sounds, an audio series for British Airways in-flight. Frank teaches on the CERT HE Radio, Audio & Podcasting at pointblank Music School.
Emily Dust has built an impressive reputation as a DJ, curator and broadcaster with an eye on global trends.In the last 12 months Emily has supported the likes of Moonchild Sanelly, Plastician, Roska and Branko, played Fabric and curated a stage at Boomtown festival headlined by BadSista, Jubilee and Tailor Jae. She's also presented for BBC Radio 4, the World Service and Jazz FM, and put on sold-out parties as part of her Baile LDN club night.
Martha is a DJ and broadcaster from South London with roots in community radio and documentary making. Each of Martha’s thoughtfully curated radio shows navigate the fringes of electronic music, with a clear narrative that is grounded in community and storytelling. Martha has 5 years experience producing across BBC radio and has made audio documentaries for Radio 1, Resident Advisor and Sky Sports. Martha’s recent programmes have explored topics ranging from menstrual health alignment amongst athletes and musicians to the economics of electronic music.
Arthi Nachiappan is a journalist, radio host, DJ and dancer based in London. She started her journalism career writing about higher education policy before joining the paper as a news reporter. She has led an investigation into cyber stalking and reported on the Everyone's Invited scandal over sexual abuse in schools in which more than 50,000 students came forward. The Rinse FM resident DJ has sold out shows across Europe, toured India and has a host of huge UK shows to her name alongside the likes of Fred Again, Jyoty, Kenny Beats and more.
A former pointblank student and a talent who has had rapid ascension in club culture, Florentia has cemented herself as one of the most exciting artists of the new generation. In 2021, she secured a residency with the world’s most in-demand club brand, elrow, and she now shares the same stages as industry giants Jamie Jones; Hot Since 82; Patrick Topping and many more. She has also landed debuts in Ibiza’s superclubs for numerous leading brands and was amongst the reputable artists selected by BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard, to play alongside him during his Amnesia residency.
Farah Nanji is a well known thought leader who is globally recognised as a motorsports entrepreneur, podcaster and journalist. Farah has dug deep into the ancestral art of the warrior to overcome Dyspraxia, a motor coordination difficulty that she was diagnosed with. She is one of the few musicians in the world to deliver a TEDx talk on the subject of rewiring the brain. Farah is currently the producer and host of the no.1 podcast series, Mission Makers, which dive deeps into the mindset and misconceptions of leaders in music, motorsport and business.
Eve Horne is an Award-Winning Creative Mentor and Advisor. She has over 20 years of experience in the Music Industry . She is the founder of PeakMusicUK and the UNHEARD Campaign which demands equality for women in the Music Industry and is a qualified Sound Engineer and a Native Instruments Certified Specialist. Eve was named a SheSaid.So ALT list 2020 Honorée, is a board member for Moving The Needle, an innovator on the Keychange 2022 program, a UK Music Diversity Taskforce rep for MPG, and an executive team member of Why Not Her.
An acclaimed international Session Vocalist & Celebrity Vocal coach for The UK Voice who has performed on the biggest stages worldwide including The London 2012 Olympic Games with George Michael. have had the pleasure of working with the late legendary Arranger and Producer Phil Ramone for the Philharmonica World Tour with George. Jay has recorded with Craig David, Luther Vandross, (Radio Tour)Will.i.am, Geri Horner from the Spice Girls,Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan, Simply Red, Pet Shop Boys, Elton John, Mariah Carey Asward, Kd Lang, Gloria Estefan, Will Young and Jessie J, to name but a few as well as arranging songs for the Spice Girls.
J-Fresh is a BBC Radio 1Xtra mix resident, Ministry of Sound music curator, DJ, Broadcaster and Producer with support from BBC Radio 1, Mixmag, GRM Daily & Spotify Editorials. John will be offering support on Dj'ing, Radio and general advice on how to begin your career in the music industry.

Ski is a Producer, Remixer and Composer and currently releases music on his own label, Primaudial Records. He is also Head of Education Curriculum at pointblank and has featured in more than a hundred videos for the schools YouTube channel.
Anjunadeep A&R Daniel Curpen has worked across some of the label's most successful projects including Cubicolor, Ben Böhmer, Eli & Fur, Tinlicker and Franky Wah. He also counts himself amongst the brand’s touring DJ roster. Daniel and James offer general industry advice and track feedback. James Donaldson has worked across several recent single, EP and album projects and the newly founded Reflections label rosters. In addition to his role as A&R, he has released music under the moniker Jai Dee.
Alex Phountzi is the Programme Leader and a lecturer for the Music Production and Sound Engineering BA at pointblank. He also co-runs an independent label, CoOp Presents and hosts a monthly radio show on Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide FM.
Over the span of 25 years Dr Chris Hayne has successfully combined a career as an academic and a music professional. Chris offers advice on postgraduate study, preparing an application, careers in education, developing a portfolio and balancing different work strands.
Lee Erinmez, pointblank’s programme leader for Music Industry management and has got over 30 years’ experience as a professional recording and touring musician. Throughout his career, Lee has self-released a lot of his music, as well as being signed to independent and major labels and music publishing companies He currently acts as a consultant for a small number of music artists, assist them with most aspects of their career, including legal affairs, royalties, social media and distribution.

Emilio Merone is a Composer, Producer, Piano and Keys player, and Arranger. His work has been instrumental in creating an array of soundtracks for short movies, TV series and documentaries. He has helped create adverts for Lexus, Toyota, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lego, Barclays, Volkswagen, Les News 24, Huawei and MasterClasss to name a few. He has recorded 36 albums and toured all around the world with great musicians. He is the Co-founder of synchromusic.uk, an international composers and producers collective.
James Wilson-Rhead is a composer, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist who lives and works in London, UK. He creates music for concerts, theatre, and for film and television. His output ranges from electronic tracks inspired by contemporary dance music, chamber and choral pieces, to big band and orchestral works. Additionally, under the moniker kibbokid he creates music drawing from Afro-European folk traditions and alternative rock.
Tammy began her career in the entertainment industry by promoting nightclubs in Brighton from the age of 17. Fast forward to 2023, Tammy has broadened her client base at Cavendish Music to working not only in advertising, but with broadcast, film, radio, film trailers and corporate clients as well as highly esteemed music supervisors, in the search for the perfect track as her role as Senior Music Consultant. Most recently winning 2 prestigious Music + Sound Awards for best advertising Sync for Adidas and Best Television sync for the Wayne Rooney documentary on Amazon.
