Overview

Composing for Film & TV is where you apply the skills you have learnt so far to the kind of audio projects that you might find yourself working on in the professional audiovisual world. Here your instructor will share years of experience on a range of commercial projects to ensure that you can work to a brief and to a deadline. We'll cover everything you need to know about composing music for films, TV shows, and commercials - how to create sound to moving picture. We regularly encourage students to pitch their music for TV commercials.

This course is great! The lecturers I have met online so far are brilliant and both are going out of their way for me especially. I couldn't be happier about it, as I have done courses before where the lecturer only did what they had to do to get by. It's refreshing to see that people are just as passionate as me regarding music! It is pushing me toward writing in other genres and making me consider how to utilise software in different ways.  - Matthew, online student
