Visit our state-of-the-art campus and find out more about our courses

In recent years, DJs have taken centre stage and you can see DJ artists performing in massive shows around the world. The technology and skillset involved in putting on this type of performance is what you will learn about on the unique and innovative Complete DJ Performance Diploma. It's a comprehensive journey into the art and technique of the DJ as performer. You'll learn in-depth DJ skills and then augment them with cutting edge performance techniques. After Essential, Creative & Advanced DJ Skills you'll study Maschine, the Art of VJing and Ableton in a live context. Classes are taught by professional DJs and VJs on the latest kit including CDJ2000 Nexus, DJM2000 Nexus, EFX 1000, RMX 1000, DDJ-SX DJ Controller as well as NI Traktor Kontrol S4, X1 and F1 and trusty, old school vinyl Technics 1210s. Each student has their own set up in class. As well as the hardware, you’ll also study the latest software packages such as Traktor, Rekordbox DJ, Serato and Resolume, together with advanced techniques such as finger drumming, sampling and control surface integration. To help you focus on your career, you will also learn essential skills such as creating a DJ radio mix and working to brief. As with all Point Blank courses, every student has access to the facilities seven days a week. You'll also have the chance to get your mix featured on Magnetic Mag and Pioneer DJ Radio alongside shows from Carl Cox's Global, Toolroom and Defected.
