The Artist's Toolbox: Thanks for the feedback

In this installment of the artist’s toolbox we will learn how to give and receive feedback. One of the hardest things to do is to listen when someone is offering you their insights on your work. Learning how to hear that input helps us learn how to offer more constructive feedback to collaborators and partners. We’ll break open the topic exploring books by pioneering author Nancy Kline along with “Thanks for the Feedback: The Science and Art of Receiving Feedback Well” Douglas Stone and Sheila Heen.
