WELCOME WEEK

LOELASH started studying Saxophone and Piano at the age of 9 at the local Conservatory in Brescia, Italy. Early influences would be Classical, Fusion and Jazz, but throughout High School he also came across Electronic and Hip-Hop. This is when he started making music and decided to move to London to pursuit music. For the past few years he has been working on his craft and getting to know the scene of the capital, and after releasing the first EP Prisma and touring the UK with Anomalie in 2019, he released a second project Lapse in late 2020, which was supported by Clash Magazine and Complex UK - it was also included in Jamz Supernova’s Top 5 EP of the week. He’s now back with the first full-length project, Fantasia, which will be released this November, with support from Help Musicians. 

Self-releasing music is not easy. Anyone could get on a distributor and upload stuff on Spotify but that would be equal to just throwing your hard work and passion out of the window. There are countless things you need to be taken care of, and most times you wouldn’t even know where to start. Deciding what to do, how to shape the campaign and in what order can be very overwhelming! 

With this masterclass Loelash can give a first-hand insight on how to handle this, from the production and engineering to promotion and social media, and also what choices to make and how to create a strong team that will work together towards one goal: make your music heard.
