DJ Sophenom Essential DJ Skills

Sophia Biggs, also known as SOPHENOM, is a DJ, music educator, and received her MBA with a focus in marketing from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School. She been DJing since 2003 and worked as a DJ for Power 106 FM.

Chloe O'Brien DJing

Chloe O'Brien, also known as Neia Jane, is an alternative rock/pop singer, songwriter, and producer. As a graduate of Berklee College of Music, studied Songwriting and Music Business. She released her debut album “Magic & Honey” in 2019 and has been releasing new music ever since.

Matteo Pino Music Composition

Matteo Pino makes up half of the lo-fi indie group Soy Christmas. As a graduate of Berklee College of Music, Matteo created his band Soy Christmas and they have been making music for over 10 years.

DJ Wheez-ie Creative DJ Skills

Matt Mauldin who goes by Wheez-ie is a Houston-raised, Los Angeles-based DJ, producer and audio engineer. Wheez-ie has dedicated more than half his life to continually setting his own bar high as a virtuosic mixing DJ and masterfully utilizing different facets of his robust production style to push sonic boundaries.He released his debut EP, All Werked Up, on Brighton's Well Rounded in 2011. Over the years, Wheez-ie’s tracks have been remixed by artists such as DJ Assault and Salva, as well as have been played out by prominent forces such as DJ Rashad, Joe Nice, Mala, Ben Klock, Sherelle, A-Sides, the Blessed Madonna, Nina Kraviz, Randomer, Kode 9, Machinedrum and Skrillex.  

Nathaniel Nutter Music Composition

Nathaniel Nutter produces and song writes under the name Sarah and Lost Tribe. He has been writing, producing, and performing music for over 10 years. He has accrued millions of streams on his independent releases on Spotify and has over 5 years of music teaching experience.

Ted Taforo

Los Angeles-based musician Ted Taforo is a two-time recipient of the ASCAP Young Jazz Composer Award, who is known for his powerful saxophone sound, versatility, and unique compositions. Ted’s saxophone playing has appeared on Grammy and JUNO award nominated recordings in film/TV shows on Netflix. He has worked as a saxophonist and/or horn arranger with a variety of artists including Spoon, Telemakus, Efajemue, Chino Corvalan, David Trenching, Jeff Bernat, Duncan Thum, Tyler Sabbag, Tyler Strickland, Noah Kwid, Steven Van Betten, Superet, Johanna Samuels, Maxim Ludwig, Lauren Baba, and others.

Cecil Decker

Cecil Decker is a sound, performance, and video artist based in Columbia, South Carolina. Their art has been performed, screened, and released across the US, France, and Germany, from DIY basement venues to the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Recordings of their sound work are available on Withering Trees, Sirona-Records, BFW Recordings, and Dodgy Art. Cecil holds an MA in Media Arts from the University of South Carolina. 

 

 

Chris Hardin Music Industry

Chris Hardin is an artist manager, and founder/owner of the music management firm, Hardin Bourke Entertainment, and indie record label, Harbour Records/Virgin Music. He has guided the careers of such music artists as LIVE, Robert DeLong, The HU, Indigenous, Los Amigos Invisibles, Galactic, Rahzel (of the Roots), Si*Se, Yerba Buena, Tom Tom Club, Lou Gramm, Sweet, Ed Kowalczyk, and others. He’s produced multiple tours for his clients that have grossed millions of dollars and toured in over 16 countries. He has also helped his artists achieve Gold and Platinum sales awards in many countries and achieve Grammy nominations. He received his Bachelors in Music at the University of North Carolina at Asheville and his Masters in Music Business at New York University.

Davis Jones

Davis Jones is a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, producer, and audio engineer. He grew up in Austin, Texas, received his Bachelor Degree in Music Performance at Indiana University’s Jacob’s School of Music, and has since been pursuing music in a myriad of ways whilst living in Chicago, New York City, and Colorado. He is currently teaching, working remotely as an audio editor, and performing, co-writing/producing with his groups, loki moon and Le Muria.

James Garber

Experienced Music Instructor with a demonstrated history of working in the music industry. Skilled in Guitar, Piano, Audio Programming, Music Composition, and Music Theory. Strong information technology professional with a Master's Degree focused in Classical Guitar from Eastman School of Music.

Kyle Marshall Music Production

Kyle is a producer from Portland and is part of the Indie electronic group, Meridian. The duo has rapidly created a lane for themselves in the chill electronic scene through several EPs on Th3rd Brain Records. In addition, Meridian has played Rise festival and supported the likes of Emmit Fenn and Forester on their last North American tours.

ZW Buckley

ZW Buckley is a video game composer, music producer, and educator based out of Seattle, Washington. ZW works with Seattle-based PeekaVR, providing music and sound design for their virtual reality children's books. He also serves on the board of directors for experimental music non-profit pt.fwd as well as the music production advisory board for Edmonds College.Z W has an M.S. in Creative Technologies from Illinois State University where he researched music-led virtual realities.
