We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
If any part, term, or provision of this Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any relevant law, the remaining portions or provisions shall still remain valid and continue in full force and effect.
No waiver, express or implied, by either party of any term or condition or of any breach by the other of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of any breach of the same or any other provision of this Agreement.
This Agreement may be varied from time to time by our posting new terms on the Sites, and any such amendment will be applicable to all Users from the date and time such revised terms have been posted on the Sites. To encourage talent into software engineering and help boost the UK tech industry, home students enrolling on both the BSc (Hons) Music Production & Software Engineering 3-year and CertHE will receive the MuSE (BSc (Hons) Music Production & Software Engineering) scholarship. Students paying home fees and accepted onto either of these courses will receive a £3,000 annual scholarship, paid in three £1,000 termly instalments starting after the first term.
For those students on the Music Production & Software Engineering CertHE transferring onto the BSc (Hons) Music Production & Software Engineering degree programme, the scholarship will continue providing £3000 per year for the remaining duration of the course.
The scholarship is a cash award to support your studies and help to contribute towards your living costs. To retain the scholarship, you must meet academic requirements and successfully complete your assessments. This MuSE scholarship is non-transferable and will not be applied to another pointblank course.
pointblank and alumnus Goldie have a long and cherished history together. A prominent British electronic musician, DJ, and visual artist, he rose to fame in the early 1990s as a major contributor to the development of jungle and drum and bass music. After releasing music in the early 1990s he became one of the most influential figures in the UK rave scene. He has since released several critically acclaimed albums, including "Timeless" and "Saturnz Return", and collaborated with a range of artists, such as Bjork, Noel Gallagher, and KRS-One. He is now looking to give back to new emerging artists by sponsoring two of his very own professional scholarships here at pointblank! So, if you are looking to study a pointblank course including any Summer School programme then please apply. This scholarship awards up to a year of study for any London course at pointblank.

The We Are Europe Scholarship is awarded to EU applicants without settled or pre-settled status in the UK. This scholarship allows the same financial benefits as domestic students by granting EU students the home tuition fee.

The following information applies to undergraduate students who are eligible for UK government student finance including the Maintenance Loan. It does not apply if you are only eligible for a Tuition Fee Loan, or if you are international student.
Your eligibility for a bursary is assessed using the information you provide to the Student Loans Company when you apply for your student loan. There is no additional application process for pointblank bursaries, so there is nothing more that you need to do in order to be considered for a bursary. We strongly recommend that if you have not already done so, you complete your student finance application as soon as possible.

Access to Music Bursary

- Have a household income of less than £30,000 per annum, verified by SLC
- Not qualify as independent or self-funding
£2,000 per year of study
This bursary is available to students at our London campus who are care leavers, or are estranged from their parents. You must have applied for student finance as an independent student for either of these reasons, and SLC must have verified your independent status.
If you are a care leaver, SLC will ask you to provide evidence that you were looked after or have been given accommodation by your Local Authority. Usually, you will be asked to send a letter from your local council or care authority - you can ask your social worker or support worker for this. This letter should confirm you were under the care of your Local Authority, have now left the care of the Local Authority, and are a care leaver as defined in the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000. You will only have to provide this evidence once, at the start of your course.
If you are claiming independent status on the basis of estrangement, SLC will ask you to demonstrate that you are irreconcilably estranged from your parents. This means that for the short to medium term you don’t see that you will be able to resume your relationship with your parents. You can’t claim independent status just because you don’t get on with your parents or because you don’t live with them, or because your parents don’t want to give details of their income or refuse to provide financial support to you.
The Student Development Scholarship Fund aims to support the educational and professional development of full-time higher education students at pointblank Music School. The fund provides financial assistance to eligible students, enabling them to access learning and development opportunities such as conferences, short courses, and travel. The fund will be distributed to deserving students on a first come, first served basis. Each individual award will be up to a maximum of £500. Current students can find information on how to apply for this award in the Support tile of their student dashboard.
The Financial Assistance Fund provides financial support to pointblank students who have met unforeseen financial hardship, to help them access and remain on their programme of study. Each application is considered on an individual basis. The maximum award is £500 per year.
Please email support@pointblankmusicschool.com to request the FAF application form. This form includes a personal statement that must be completed. Alongside your form, bank statements of the previous 3 months will need to be provided. When all correct documents have been submitted, your application will then be taken to the Hardship Panel where it will be considered.
Please note you must be enrolled on a pointblank HE programme in order to be eligibile to apply for support from the Financial Assistance Fund. This funding is not available to prospective students.
